Zhangjiagang Hailu Annular Forgings Co., Ltd is the key specialization enterprise which has the largest scale, the most complete specifications and most advanced technology for production, mainly producing rectangular annular forgings, heteromorphy sectional forgings and free forgings. It can be able to produce more than 100 kinds of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and high temperature alloys of annular forgings. The size of products ranges from Φ 500 mm to Φ 10000mm, being caple of producing the maximum diameter of 10000mm, tthe maximum thickness 800mm, the maximum height of 1500 mm and the maximum weight of 35 tons of forging products. The major exploration of rings in our company is used for aviation and aerospace, wind power, nuclear power generation, petrochemicals and machinery. We can produce various annular forgings such as disk forgings, axis and step-axis forgins, gear wheel forgings, flanges, and tire mold forgins etc. Which can save steel consumption of 18-40%in the following machining.
